3. Non-Transferability and Non-Refundable Nature

• 3.1 Tokens are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or sublicensed.
• 3.2 Tokens are non-refundable, including in case of:
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Website outage or downtime
  • User non-use or partial use of Tokens

4. Token Categories and Expiry

• 4.1 Tokens made available on the Platform may be classified as (a) Purchased Tokens or (b) Complimentary or Promotional Tokens, as determined solely by the Company.
• 4.2 Purchased Tokens. Unless otherwise expressly communicated by the Company in writing or through the Platform, any Purchased Tokens that remain unused shall automatically expire six (6) months from the date of allocation, without notice, refund, compensation, or conversion to any monetary value.
• 4.3 Complimentary or Promotional Tokens. Tokens provided free of charge, including but not limited to promotional, trial, bonus, or discretionary allocations, are granted at the sole discretion of the Company and shall expire at the end of the applicable calendar month in which they are allocated, unless expressly stated otherwise by the Company. Complimentary or Promotional Tokens and their associated terms may be modified, reduced, revoked, or discontinued at any time without notice and shall not be eligible for refund, extension, or replacement under any circumstances.
• 4.4 The User ("You") expressly acknowledges and agrees that Tokens of any kind do not constitute legal tender, stored value, electronic money, prepaid funds, gift cards, or a financial instrument under any applicable law, and that expiration or forfeiture of Tokens does not give rise to any right, claim, or entitlement against the Company.

5. Amendments and Policy Updates

• 5.1 The Company reserves the right to amend Token policies at any time, including:
  • Allocation rules
  • Usage limits
  • Expiry periods
  • Feature access
• 5.2 Users will be notified of changes via email, in-app notifications, or dashboard alerts.
• 5.3 Continued use of Tokens after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Token Policy.

6. Usage Rules

• 6.1 Tokens may only be used for lawful purposes and in compliance with:
  • Applicable labor, employment, and recruitment laws
  • Website Terms of Use
  • Code of Conduct and ethical standards
• 6.2 Misuse of Tokens, including attempting to circumvent expiry, transfer, or use outside the Website, may result in:
  • Token forfeiture
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Legal action if necessary

7. Liability and Disclaimers

• 7.1 Tokens are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind.
• 7.2 The Company does not guarantee accuracy, outcomes, or results from token use.
• 7.3 Company’s liability related to Tokens is capped at the lower of:
  • Rs. 10,000 (or equivalent in payment currency); or
  • The most recent payment received from the User within the preceding six (6) months

8. Governing Law

• 8.1 Token allocations and use are governed by courts of New Delhi, India and the Company’s Terms of Use.
